New Role Created to Bolster QHSE Education, Training and Communication
MIDLAND, Texas (October 2022) – Catalyst Energy Services announces the appointment of Leslie “Les” Trammell to the newly created role of District QHSE Coordinator. An innovative hydraulic fracturing service company that puts safety first, Catalyst Energy Services created the role of District QHSE Coordinator to enhance the safety culture in support of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) compliance.

In his District QHSE role, Trammell will work with supervisors and crews as a coach and mentor to develop internal capacity that ensures a robust safety culture. Specifically, he will identify error-likely situations, utilize tools to reduce the potential for error, and minimize hazards and at-risk behaviors. He will also reinforce QHSE principles through regular communications of Safe Work Best Practices, Safe Work Programs and environmental mindfulness.
